Constantine Bay Self Catering Accommodation.

Quarterdeck (Flat 9) is on the first floor; double glazed throughout and comfortable for a couple or a family with two children, we do not allow more than 4 persons. Pets by prior arrangement only. There is a private ground floor entrance with coat hanging area and stairs leading to the first floor.

The lounge has a large bay window allowing views over Trevose Head and the sea. There is a comfortable leather two-seater sofa and two additional chairs. At the far end of the lounge is a dining table with four chairs. There is a flat screen TV and DVD with free-to view digital channels.

There is a modern galley kitchen, with chateaux pine units, electric cooker, set in hob, fridge and microwave. There are crockery and utensils for six.

There are two bedrooms. Bedroom 1 has a sideways sea view. It has a double bed (4’6), a vanity basin, fitted cupboard and under bed storage. Bedroom 2 over looks a natural flora area. It has two 3’ twin beds, a vanity basin, a fitted cupboard and under bed storage. Duvets, pillows and light blankets are provided, but you are asked to bring your own bed linen and towels.

The bathroom is across a small landing and has a pedestal basin, bath, electric shower and WC. There is also an electric radiator, the on/off switch is in the hallway above the window!
