BOOKING CONDITIONS
A non-refundable deposit of 25% of the rental fee is payable on booking.
For first time guests, a refundable deposit damage deposit of £50.00
should be included when you return the booking form. The damage deposit
will be returned less any costs owing for minor damages. For guests
returning for a repeat booking, a damage deposit is no longer requested.
Repeat guests also benefit from a 10% loyalty discount
Confirmation of your booking is by an acknowledgement letter with a
receipt from us for your deposit. The Hirer is liable for the balance of
the rental fee, which is due at least 28 days before your arrival. The
rental fee is then non refundable and holiday insurance should be taken
out by you to cover the risk of unavoidable cancellation.
During your stay, you are welcome to move furniture around, but please
replace it in its original position before leaving. You are responsible
for all breakages and losses; any damage to the property or contents, or
problems, should be reported to Mandy France (01276 677600) or Mrs Susan
Hallet (01208 832408) as soon as is practicable. The flat will be cleaned
between rentals but we would be grateful if you would leave the property
and its contents clean and tidy. Please do not leave rubbish anywhere
except in the bins provided in the car parking area. Please also do not
smoke in the flat.
The names of all occupants are required on the
booking forms for the purpose of fire and insurance.
There must be
no additional overnight occupants, although you are of course welcome to
have day visitors.
Pets may be accepted by
prior agreement
Only one car parking space is included in the charge, please park tidily.
Unfortunately, visitors you have may have, cannot be allowed to use the
car park, however empty it may appear.
Noise from the television, radios etc must be kept to a sociable level and
there must be no noise emanating from your flat, or your party in the
gardens, between 10:30pm and 7:00 am. You may use the garden for ‘non
missile’ games but not to the inconvenience of others and any damages to
windows, garden fittings etc must be paid for. The garden area must not be
used for barbeques, these can be held on the beach.
Towels, wetsuits etc must not be hung from windows. There are drying
facilities for clothes and wetsuits at the rear of the flats.
The proprietors are not responsible for and cannot accept liability for
any injury sustained by any person, or damage to, or loss of any property,
bought onto our land or premises. We reserve the right to curtail any
tenancy at our discretion. Should we have to cancel a booking, our
liability is limited to monies already paid to us by you.
Key
On receipt of the balance of your rental fee, we will send you a
receipt, directions and a key for the flat. The key must be returned to
Mandy France on completion of your holiday.
The property will be available from 3pm on the day
of your arrival, and you must vacate it by 10am on the day of your
departure.
